Samantha Hughes, CEO offers over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and business development and is passionate about helping and caring for people. Her background in long-term care, home health care, and private home care has given her a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges. Samantha's industry experience and knowledge led her to start Trinity PAS as a partner and CEO. In addition to her work at Trinity PAS, Samantha is a board member of the Midland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in community service.
Lydia Madrigal brings over 20 years of experience in home health to Trinity PAS and over 30 years of community service and involvement at the local, state, and national levels. With a background in media, corporate, higher education, and government, Lydia has a unique perspective on the healthcare industry and its intersections with other sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
Fabian Franco, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and over 20 years in the healthcare industry, has held various positions in the healthcare sector, including marketing and regional sales director, and has presented to C-Level decision makers while building partnerships throughout Texas with numerous healthcare professionals. He brings a wealth of experience in business development to Trinity PAS, having worked in this field for over 15 years. Fabian is also involved in the community and assists with various community projects.
